Three driver's licenses at once – why not?

Today I went to the Sander driving school in Neu Wulmstorf and registered there.

Malte and J'eric were both there, took their time, explained everything, and were simply present. Exactly what you want when you come along with a somewhat larger project.

I'm doing something that hardly anyone does:

I'm starting A, C and CE simultaneously (in Buxtehude).

While others are usually only tested on one driving license category in the theory test, I'm being tested on three categories in 45 minutes. J'eric said with a laugh that this is something usually only TÜV examiners do. I don't want to become one – but I'm doing it anyway.

Why three driver's licenses?

Quite pragmatically.

I need a Class C license as the basis for our double-decker bus. The bus will be reclassified as a special-purpose vehicle (motorhome) according to §70 and §21 . Therefore, I don't need a Class D license. However, due to its size and weight, Class C is mandatory.

I'm getting my CE license , even though I originally only wanted BE. The costs and effort are almost the same. And anyone who can drive large rigs can automatically handle small ones. So I'm going straight for CE, which automatically covers BE.

I'm doing option A because I want to take a motorcycle or two-wheeler with me when I travel. A double-decker bus can't fit everywhere. With a motorcycle, I'm much more flexible.

A little about me:

I am 26 years old, weigh 60 kg and am 1.59 m tall (or short). For many motorcyclists, this is relevant information.

Malte believes in me 100%.

Some people underestimate me, though. I'm used to that.

But when I do something, I do it properly.

Why Sander Driving School?

Because I already know how they work.

I already got my car driving license at one of his driving schools – at ForMotion.

And I'll tell you honestly: the team is just super cool. That's exactly why it was clear to me that I would start this project there again. And... Marcel also passed his C driving test there in November.

Join in:

8 locations: Neu Wulmstorf, Elstorf, Hollenstedt, Buxtehude, Horneburg, Eißendorf, Stade and Bützfleth.

Modern vehicles: I will be on a Learn to drive a Suzuki SV 650 for class A & in a Mercedes-Benz Actros for C and CE.

Wide range of services: ASF & FES seminars, first aid courses, holiday courses, professional driver training and further education, special event trips, government services, driving simulator.

I immediately felt comfortable and am honestly glad that I chose this driving school again.

How long will it take me?

Marcel drove a truck for four days, each day for four lessons in a row.

Malte was absolutely thrilled when he saw it and said it was a very good performance.

Marcel passed both the theory and practical exams on his first attempt.

I'm honestly curious to see how I'll do.

There is one important point I would like to add:

On January 20th, I was at the CMT trade fair in Stuttgart and there I met with actor, camper and father Raphael Vogt. I presented my bus project. On February 7th and 8th, I was at the Caravanning Fair in Hamburg . On Sunday, I had the opportunity to present my project again on stage.

You can find the entire presentation on YouTube at news5 .

A big THANK YOU to Sebastian Peters at this point. If you watch this, please do so completely and carefully.

On Saturday, February 14th, I will be at the ABF trade fair in Hanover . I will meet some interesting people there, and I also have some "consultation meetings" scheduled.

I'm looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible there in person.

Feel free to contact me... I always enjoy new encounters and contacts.

On site, I will be visiting, among others, Philipp from LokiTours and Rabea from Camp&Connect .

Very best regards

see you next time
