Breastfeeding in connection
Breastfeeding is a relationship.
Between you and your baby, between your body and your trust. It is allowed to develop, change, and find its own rhythm. Nothing needs to be forced or adjusted.
As a Breastkeeper , I support you in better understanding breastfeeding, gaining confidence, and mindfully navigating your shared journey. Your connection is always at the heart of this – not a goal, not a timetable, but what feels right for you.
What you will receive in a breastfeeding consultation with me
In my breastfeeding consultations as a Breastkeeper, you, as a woman and mother, are the focus. I take my time for you, listen to you, and explain clearly what is happening in your body and during the breastfeeding process. Together, we'll explore all sorts of topics... always tailored to you, your daily routine, and your own rhythm.
Breastfeeding often touches on emotional levels as well. Exhaustion, insecurities, or experiences from pregnancy and birth are all welcome here. I will support you with empathy and respect through all the challenges.

A consultation that grows and evolves with you.
In my breastfeeding consultations, my aim is to support women and babies honestly, competently, and respectfully. I don't see breastfeeding as a problem to be solved, but as a relationship that deserves to be understood and protected. Every baby has its own unique way of communicating, and every mother has her own body, her own story, and her own intuition.
My stance
I work with a close, attachment-oriented approach, focusing on the natural processes of breastfeeding and early motherhood. I combine professional knowledge with sensitivity. I will meet you attentively, eager to learn, and support you in finding your own path to breastfeeding and trusting it.
Knowledge & experience that inform my breastfeeding consultation
My breastfeeding consultations are based on a sound understanding of the physiology of breastfeeding. This includes milk production, milk let-down, and milk flow, as well as the interplay of sucking, swallowing, and breathing. I work with a clear focus on breastfeeding rhythms, feeding schedules, the baby's weight gain, and recognizing its signals in order to make breastfeeding understandable in its natural dynamics.
I support a wide variety of breastfeeding journeys – from starting breastfeeding after different birth experiences, to breastfeeding after medical procedures, to breastfeeding with specific physical needs. Topics such as engorgement, pain, sore nipples, very little or very much milk, a strong let-down reflex, or breastfeeding aversion are addressed, as are uncertainties about latching, feeding frequency, or one's own body.
In my work, breastfeeding is not viewed in isolation. Emotional processes, experiences from pregnancy and birth, postpartum exhaustion, and inner tensions are all taken into account, as is the baby's development, including topics such as baby sleep, developmental milestones, growth spurts, the introduction of complementary foods, partial breastfeeding, extended breastfeeding relationships, and tandem breastfeeding.
This knowledge is not for control, but as a calm foundation for orientation, security and trust – so that you can understand your own breastfeeding path, make decisions from within yourself and trust your body again.
Advice that is tailored to you.
Every woman brings her own story, her own body, and her own rhythm. That's precisely what I tailor my breastfeeding support to as a breastfeeding consultant . My breastfeeding support is personal, flexible, and individualized – focused on what you need right now and where you both are in your breastfeeding journey.
Together through this breastfeeding period
For me, breastfeeding support means being there for you – with time, attention, and an open mind to what's on your mind right now. I'll support you and your baby so that breastfeeding can once again feel calm, safe, and connected. We can walk this path together if you like.
